Greetings! Time for a new school year. That means I get to tutor new students! First of all I wanted to mention this Bible passage:

But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so Christ’s power may rest on me. That is why, for Christ’s sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong. – 2 Corinthians 12:9-10 (NIV)

Paul says that he loves when he has problems, difficulties, hardships, and when he is just overall too weak to conquer them. This is because this is when God’s power shows the most. In these hard economic times, I can really relate to this and I hope you can to.

The first update I have is my article on Mormonism. Mormonism was founded by Joseph Smith in 1820. At a first glance, Mormonism may seem very similar to Christianity. However, they have fundamental differences in their beliefs about God, life after death, and salvation. For starters, they believe that “God” is NOT an all powerful omnipotent being, but simply a being from another world. Check it out:

Mormonism vs. Christianity

The second updates is my article on The Seven Vials which are also called The Seven Bowls. This is from Revelation chapter 16. These are similar to the seven seals and the seven trumpets because they also represent events. However, these events are very recent. The first vial represents the destruction of the Twin Towers on 9/11. Read more by clicking the link:
